Well, if it had been you or me in that "minor accident" we'd be in jail. Obviously it was a DUI related accident. He could have killed anyone in his way. Trust me on this, if it had been you, you'd be desperately trying to get ahold of a bail bondsman.

No! you are not missing much:-) It is just that the poor man lives in a 'fish bowl' because of his fame, so that anything that happens makes news. The media just loves it, because this makes news and money. This scenario happens all over the country, with ordinary people, but then who cares. Except those involved directly. This is life!

how many times would it take any of us to deny a interview for a police report before they cuffed us and carted us downtown to get all the facts ?Celebs think they are above the law..........and evidently in America they are .Meanwhile in another part of the country police officers are murdered and know one seems to really care...........only in America.....

It is because of his "silence" that has fueled the fire. He was given or chose to do the wrong thing in going into the "silent mode". If he had came out the very day it happened and set the record then all of the "junk" going around could have never gotten off the ground. If his PR person gave him the advice to be "silent", then Tiger should fire him or her because this is never the right way to go!

Yes you are. You are missing the fact that Tiger (hardly "nobody") was hurt and his car was seriously damaged. He himself is keeping it in the news by avoiding the cops, who have a few questions just to ascertain whether laws have been broken. In particular, without information, it appears that Tiger's wife MAY be guilty of several crimes. Or am I missing something?

Ok this happened days ago and it's STILL on all the top headlines on all the news stations. I went to drudge report and the Tiger Woods car crash is still the top headline even though 4 police officers have just been murdered in Washington which is a much more important story. On CNN, Fox News, all of the news channel, they keep talking about Tiger Woods and his car crash and he won't talk to police. So what, what's the big deal? Nobody was hurt. Am I missing something?
